This exotic 4-bedroom, 4-bathroom oasis is tucked away on 2 acres, ensuring a sense of seclusion and tranquility. Bedroom 1: King bed w/ en suite bath - downstairs Bedroom 2: King bed w/ en suit bath - downstairs Bedroom 3: Two King beds (open concept loft style sleeping space) - upstairs Bedroom 4: King bed + Twin bed w/ en suit bath - upstairs The moment you arrive, you’ll be greeted by stunning floor-to-ceiling windows that soar through the second story, offering expansive views of the 50-foot lap pool, manicured gardens, and a large yard perfect for all ages. Inside, you'll find two inviting living spaces, and a full kitchen and dining area for shared meals. Step outside to an enclosed patio with a gas fire pit, dining table and swings, creating an idyllic space for cozy evenings and leisurely afternoons. The estate manager lives next to the Main House. AMENITIES - Imported Indonesian art, decor, and textiles that transport you thousands of miles away without needing a passport. - Multiple gathering spaces throughout the home, inside and out, perfect for friends and family or peaceful solitude. - Enclosed outdoor patio with gas fire pit, dining table, pass thru kitchen and swings. - A 50-foot lap pool surrounded by manicured gardens and lush greenery. - 1 full kitchen OUTDOOR SPACE Immerse yourself in the lush greenery that envelops The Haven. Each corner of this retreat is infused with the essence of Bali, from the intricate carvings to the soothing sounds of nature. Guests will have exclusive access to the entire main house. Next door, there is a studio apartment where the estate manager lives. The two spaces are separated with a fence. There is room for 5 cars in the driveway for parking. Uber and Lyft have their own pickup spot at Austin Airport. From the main terminal, follow signs for the rideshare pickup area located on the ground floor of the rental car garage. You will see the dedicated pathway to the rideshare pickup spot. Lodgewell as a property management company has a separate reservation agreement that is available on your guest portal for digital signature. Please let us know if you would like to review in advance and we will happily share a copy. No parties or events are allowed on all reservations. Please inquire about events/large gatherings before booking. Guest must be 25 or older to rent the house. Quiet Hours from 10 PM to 7 AM per City Code. Pets are not allowed
