This multi-level estate offers walkable access to Austin’s best restaurants, nightlife, and music venues while making it the perfect home base for groups ready to dive into Austin’s nightlife and culture. Inside you’ll find: • 4 distinct sleeping areas, including a mix of private bedrooms and flexible sleeping spaces • Multiple living areas with dramatic architectural details • Skylights and oversized windows bringing in natural light throughout • A private indoor swimming pool surrounded by travertine • A unique open kitchen overlooking the pool • Original mid-century design elements preserved throughout The Graeber features soaring white plaster walls over historic stone, red Elgin tile floors, mahogany details, and sculptural architectural moments you won’t find anywhere else. Upstairs suites overlook either Sixth Street or the pool courtyard, each with its own distinct vantage point. The 1980s pool addition expands the home with an indoor swimming experience that feels equal parts retro and unforgettable. Whether you’re gathering with friends, traveling as a group, or celebrating something fun, this home makes a statement. It’s a piece of Austin history — bold, artistic, and right in the center of the city’s energy. Our guests will have access to entire home and guest house for their stay. No car needed. You can walk to 100's of great places within just a few blocks. The light rail train is 3 blocks away if you want to tour outside of downtown Austin. If you do have a car, feel free to park in the one small car garage attached to the home. Lodgewell operates with a separate reservation agreement that will be provided for digital signature upon booking. A copy is available anytime upon request. • No parties or events are permitted with standard nightly reservations. Please inquire in advance for any gatherings or events. • Primary guest must be 25 years or older. • Located directly on 6th Street, the home sits in the center of Austin’s nightlife. You will hear music and activity late into the night — this is part of the experience. • This is a 160-year-old historic home. It offers character, uniqueness, and architectural detail, rather than a brand-new or pristine environment. • The indoor pool is heated for comfort, though it is not a hot tub.
